Experience:   Jack's career has spanned both public and private sectors, beginning as a journalist with a large regional newspaper before qualifying to practice law in the US and UK. He developed expertise in private client matters at several UK law firms, and is a visiting lecturer in law at the University of Bedfordshire. He has authored a wide variety of articles for the trade and popular press, and his academic writing has been widely cited.

Jack's extensive charitable sector experience includes the roles of managing attorney with DNA-People's Legal Services, and campaign director and advocate with the U.S. Public Interest Research Group.  Among various public service awards he is the 1997 recipient of the Miller-Johnson Equal Justice Award for "demonstrated commitment to equal rights and social justice".
