Bus Appeals Body

The Bus Appeals Body was set up by Bus Users UK and the bus industry to deal with complaints from bus passengers. If you have a specific complaint about a bus service, you should first contact your bus company and, if you’re not happy with the reply you receive, you should then contact the Bus Appeals Body to make an appeal. This body is not statutory, its future is not guaranteed (because it is funded by the bus industry) and it does not deal with all types of complaint. We are campaigning for the Passenger Focus to deal with complaints appeals so that bus passengers are treated in the same way as rail passengers.
